Welcome

"Trattoria" is a public exercise, mainly popular, typically Italian, for the sale and consumption of meals on site. The name derives from "trattore" ("host") which comes from the French "traiteur", derivative of "traiter", to process, to prepare.

These exercises are renowned for the quality of food and for the characterization of local-regional preparations.

The cheapness of the prices charged in these restaurants is an attraction: the service and forniture are often cheap, but the quality and quantity of food offered is always excellent.

We wanted to bring this concept to Huatulco, offering traditional cuisine, authentic, flavorful, in a familiar and friendly context.
